My Go-To Protein Shake Recipes

If you are anything like me, you live for your daily protein shake! In my many years of shake recipe experimentation I have come up with a select few that no matter what mood I am in they never disappoint. These protein shakes can be made with any brand of protein powder, I choose to make mine with Shakeology.


Chocolate Mint

1.5 cups milk .5 cup vanilla Yogurt

4 ice cubes

1 tsp of mint extract

1 scoop chocolate protein powder



Snickerdoodle


1 cup milk

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp honey

4 ice cubes

1 scoop vanilla protein powder


Cookie Dough


1.5 cups milk

4 ice cubes

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 crushed graham cracker

1 Tbsp chocolate chips (mini preferably)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder


Piña Colada


3/4 cup water

1 cup ice cubes

3/4 cup pineapple juice

1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 scoop vanilla protein powder


As I'm sure you can tell I have quite a sweet tooth! Usually if I have a sweeter tasting protein shake I don't crave unhealthy sweets later on in the day. I hope one of these recipes speaks to you! Don't be afraid to comment below which one you tried and your thoughts!
