Are You Ready For A New Workout Challenge?

NEW YEAR, NEW ME- 6 Week Workout Program.
This ia a FREE 6 week challenge I created for anyone who is ready to dive head first into their 2020 fitness goals. This program is 6 weeks long, two splits that are 3 weeks each. The program is set with four active gym days and two rest days. My goal was to create a program that:
+ Is gym based
+ Workouts that can be completed in an hour
+ Can be easily modified for all fitness levels
+ WILL SHOW YOU RESULTS
I followed this exact 6 week program throughout November and December and not only did I avoid gaining Holiday weight, but I lost weight too. I was actually able to put on a pair of jeans I used to wear in high school ( that was 5 years ago!).
However, please take into account while I did have many cheat meals and sweets because of the holiday's I also was taking care of myself. This means:
+ Sleeping at least 7 hours each night
+ 8-10k steps each day
+ Eating right as much as possible (protein, greens, fruit)
+ Journaling every morning
+ Drinking a gallon of water each day
