Do you provide International delivery?

Unfortunately we do not. We only ship within the US. 

 

 

How do I return an item?

The item must be shipped back in a box with protective wrap. (Ex. Bubble wrap or foam wrap) Any damages during return shipment will be deducted from refund amount.

What is your return policy?

To return an item please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item. Ship back to us within 21 days of receiving item. *CUSTOM MADE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.*

How do I track my order?

Once your shipping label is printed and the PO scans your item to begin the shipping process a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you. 

 

What is your cancellation policy?

You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel and still receive a full refund.
